Media Universe is a photo database that adds various new functions to Windows Explorer. It is used like the file manager, but offers a number of improvements like virtual categories, automatic picture downloading, photo CD support and networking. Unlike other programs, you don't have to start it, so it is always available when you use Windows Explorer. With Media Universe you are no more limited to the typical tree-like organization that you know from the file system. Email any selected pictures with two clicks and make your life easer by browsing large categories with the page navigator. The flexible search function finds words and phrases in the notes. Printing is based on the standard Windows Printing Wizard.
