SA LINK is a way of centralizing student organization recordkeeping and online resources. The software runs on a server, providing web based access to administrators, student leaders, and the campus community (if desired). You can pick and choose which features to use and the web-based interface is customized to your needs.

Records that can be stored in SA LINK and updated online by student officers:
-Detailed registration info on each student organization
-Complete membership rosters, providing automated co-curricular transcripts
(Provides an official record of student involvement in co-curricular programs)
-Club events records
-Department and individual clubs’ documents and files
-Tasks assigned to student leaders by CSI staff
-Online financial requests and club accounts (like online banking for student organizations)

Resources provided to student leaders and the campus community:
-“Online Activities Fair” showcase of all student organizations with information updated by student officers.
-Personalized portal to campus organizations, club news, and events calendars
-Discussion forums and online media for each club
-E-mail lists, including prospective member lists which students can join for each club

Multiple departments can benefit:

-Alumni relations can pull up extra-curricular information about alumni
-Admissions can immediately print off information about particular clubs and co-curricular programs
-Career center can find students interested in particular fields based on their co-curricular interests
-Registrar can print off co-curricular transcripts

-SA LINK can operate as a stand alone system or integrated with other campus systems
-Comes capable to integrate using LDAP for user authentication
-Produces RSS feeds with events, club news, and more to be placed within any website or campus portals
-SA LINK is a J2EE application running on the JBoss Application Server
